ojo77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, breached applicable laws, or posed a risk to the integrity of our platform. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but generally start at Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit per transaction, though individual banks may impose their own transfer limits. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 2-5 minutes. ojo77 does not charge deposit processing fees, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own fees.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. You may withdraw funds at any time, subject to meeting applicable wagering requirements on bonuses and promotional credits. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum withdrawal per transaction is Rp 50,000,000 for major banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and Rp 30,000,000 for other payment methods. Most withdrawal requests are processed within 1-4 hours during business hours (08:00-22:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside business hours are processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000 may require additional identity verification and may take up to 24 hours to process. ojo77 does not charge withdrawal processing fees for verified accounts; however, bank receiving fees (if any) are deducted from the withdrawal amount.
All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be rejected. If we detect that you have used a payment method not registered in your name, we reserve the right to void any winnings, return the original deposit, and close your account. You may be required to provide proof of payment method ownership, such as a bank statement or screenshot showing your name and account number, before your first withdrawal is processed.
All bets placed on the ojo77 platform are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, technical errors, or if accepting the bet would exceed our liability limits for a particular event.
